Badly packaged boxes are damaged beyond repair and torn and flattened, items shoved into a bag way too small, would send photos but I'm not giving Joom access to my gallery... these were xmas presents...will not use this company again ..
I bought three Labubu dolls for my granddaughter's birthday. ALL BOXES were damaged and badly squashed (see photo). There's no way I can give these to her for her birthday. SOOOOO DISAPPOINTING!!!

The black one has wire poking out of arms, the pink one is missing key chain and the purple one has a hole in it under the arm can I get replacements
