The first commuter train in the Rokuhan Z Shorty series was the 205 series, which appeared at the end of the JNR era and ran through the Showa, Heisei, and Reiwa eras.
The 205 series, with its bluish-green stripe, was based at Kawagoe Rolling Stock Center and served on the Saikyo Line.
The model was the last remaining 205 series on the Saikyo Line, the last remaining Hae 28 train set.
The train has been recreated with a skirt to match the actual vehicle.
[About the Z Shorty]
By incorporating the separately sold power and trailer chassis, Z Shorty trains can navigate R45 curves, the smallest radius available on Z gauge rails!
The smallest oval course is 11cm long x 16cm wide, allowing you to run trains in tight spaces, even around you!
The length of the train is approximately half that of a Z gauge train. Despite being a deformed model, the attention to detail remains intact!
A dummy chassis is included with this product.
While this product itself is a display model, by adding a separately sold powered chassis or trailer chassis, it can run on the same rails as standard Z gauge trains!
*Model trains are powered by the rails. No batteries are required for running, lighting, or illumination.
