This is a water-resistant SEIKO analog watch, model GrayJustice, with a black rubber band.

This is a limited edition Seiko Prospex GrayJustice all-black model with an automatic winding and 200m water resistance. It's practically a rare, deadstock item. It features the inscription "Young Forever At Heart," a urethane outer case, and a unique screw-down crown. The rubber strap allows for easy adjustment of the wrist size. The crown is mesh with four "X" marks, one on each corner. This item is no longer available.
