[USED] Vintage Teddy Bear

This teddy bear has movable neck and limbs.

It was among the teddy bears my grandmother received as souvenirs and gifts from France. I wonder if this one is one of them? Details are unknown.

This is a part of a decluttering project at my parents' house. It has been stored for a long time. It appears to be quite old.

The velour fabric on the limbs has peeled off. The vest and ribbon have damage.
