Doll that arrived, definitely not as advertised. Very poor quality, not facially the same, no earrings, no tattoo demon patterns on body, belt not separate but marked on fabric, no hand strap for her to hold sword. No gold on shoes, elastic bands on her hair. Big shame as my daughter has been very excited waiting for her to arrive. Would not recommend.

The product received is not like the one in the photo. The hair is not the same, no earrings, the accessories on the skirt are printed instead of being added on, the eyes and face do not match at all. I request a refund.

The doll is terribly ugly, it doesn't look at all like the one advertised in the photo. DO NOT BUY IT BECAUSE it's money thrown away. The sword cannot be attached to the hand, it can only be inserted into the dress. I threw away 30 euros

I have already tried to complain about the item three times and it just doesn't work... You always end up back on the same page and nothing was saved... The item arrived damaged.
