This variation model is based on the A8620 Kiha 40 and A9862 Kiha 58. This is a production version of the Kiha 58 and Kiha 40 in the ivory and blue color known as the Kokura Factory test paint. It features the plain original specifications, including the pre-installation of the train radio antenna, tablet catcher, and seating arrangement. The ATS markings, affiliation markings, and vehicle number are printed. The grille and water inlet under the windows of the Kiha 40-2062 are reproduced by printing. The tablet protection fence on the front passenger door window of the Kiha 58 is omitted. The headlights, taillights, and front display lights are illuminated (with ON-OFF switch). *Due to shared parts, some front details may differ from the actual vehicle. Approved by JR Kyushu. Included accessories: Replacement skirt, replacement coupler (both for Kiha 40), destination stickers. [Optional] Interior lights: Wide interior lights (G0001/G0002/G0003/G0004).
