The first release in the "Revoltech Yamaguchi" series is a high-performance, affordable action figure based on "Getter 1" from the original "Getter Robo." The "Revoltech" series is a new type of action figure produced by Kaiyodo, renowned for producing and selling exquisite figures. The name "Revoltech Yamaguchi" comes from the involvement of sculptor Katsuhisa Yamaguchi, well-known among action figure fans. All figures in the series feature what's known as "Yamaguchi-style articulation," allowing users to freely pose them. The "Getter Robo" series, originally created by Go Nagai and Ken Ishikawa, pioneered the "combined robot" genre, which continues to this day in the comics and anime. The original "Getter Robo" is a giant robot formed by combining three Getter Machines: "Eagle," "Jaguar," and "Bear."
