Using adjustment screws, the installation of structural strips is exceptionally quick, easy and precise. The special shape of the notches on the screw causes the screw to enter the batten and simultaneously lock in it. The batten is adjusted: by unscrewing or screwing in the adjustment screw. The screws are galvanized with a TORX 25 countersunk head. We use adjusting screws for constructions using wooden slats in interior finishing: - under plasterboard - suspended ceilings - attic slopes - wainscoting - panels They are also used outdoors for constructions using wooden slats under cladding or siding. Some companies also use them for roof battens and even floor joists. Installation is as follows: screw all the strips on a given surface fully in place using adjustment screws. Set the outer strips vertically (in the case of walls) using a long aluminum strip. Stretch the strings between the outer strips and set them to the string by unscrewing the screws in individual strips.
