Prevents loosening of parts subjected to vibration. Excellent for permanent protection of permanent connections in engine blocks and pump housings. The product cures when placed between close-fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air. Temperature resistant up to 149°C. Initial cure and thread locking occur in approximately 20 minutes, and full cure after 24 hours. When used on less active metals such as zinc, aluminum, stainless steel, or pure aluminum, curing time may be extended. Recommended for securing M6 to M25 screws in devices that do not require frequent disassembly. To disassemble, heat the area to above 150°C or use significant force to break the connection. Recommended for use in applications where regular disassembly of parts is not required. Breakaway torque for M10 screws: 22 Nm.
