Jordan Kids Air Jordan 5 Retro SE "Regal Pink" Sneakers DV0563-600

Everything perfect, the item purchased arrived within the expected time and is as described. Thank you

I got it on time and got exactly the same item I ordered.

Design exactly as in the photo, perfect size (42.5)

The product is counterfeit, made in China!

I will never order anything from JOOM again. You could cancel the order, that's not true. You could return the item, that's not true. The delivery time is within a few days, this is initially said but it's not the case. And when you finally have contact with customer service, they say that the return date has been exceeded. Yes, if the delivery time takes 1.5 months and you have since bought other shoes and you are on holiday and upon returning home you still have to go looking for the sneakers at all your neighbours' places (in Amsterdam). No service - late response and unfortunately no money back - day €195,- Even returning at your own expense is not done! Never order from JOOM again - such a regret!

EU size does not match US size in the shoe at all. Much too small
