The Bass Polska charger is designed to charge open-case batteries as well as a wide range of sealed lead-acid batteries used in passenger cars, motorcycles and some other vehicles, e.g. WET batteries (with liquid electrolyte), GEL batteries (with electrolyte in the form of a gel) or batteries with the electrolyte trapped in fiberglass mats (AGM). The battery capacity ranges from 6 V/1.2 Ah to 6 V/14 Ah or from 12 V/1.2 Ah to 12 V/140 Ah. The special design allows for recharging to virtually 100% of the battery capacity. Furthermore, the battery can be permanently connected to the charger to maintain the battery in optimal condition when not in use and to prevent damage. The Bass Polska charger has a total of 6 charging modes for different batteries in different states. This makes charging more efficient and reliable. The charger's operation is controlled by an internal MCU (microcomputer). After selecting the desired charging mode, the charger recognizes the connected battery (voltage, state of charge) and calculates the necessary charging parameters (charging voltage, charging current). This ensures a safe and efficient charging process. If you select a charging mode that is inappropriate for the battery, or if the battery is damaged, the charging process will not initiate. The charger will display an error code on the indicator.
