How to Use : 1. Remove the protective film, making sure not to touch the magnesium part. 2. Apply the patch so that the magnesium part comes into contact with the skin. 3. Remove the magnesium patch after 2 to 8 hours of application. 4. Protect the area where the magnesium patch was removed by applying a Clear Patch.
