How to Use : 1. Remove the patch from the pouch and peel off the protective film. 2. Position the hole in the center of the patch to align with the middle of your chin. 3. Pull the patch upward along your jawline and hook the loops over your ears. 4. Stretch the chin section to cover the double chin and neck area. 5. For best results, wear for at least 3 hours. (This product can be used for up to 8 hours as needed.)
